ARTICLE XVI FIREARMS, LIQUOR, AND BEHAVIOR
第十六条款-枪支武器,饮酒及行为表现
Clause 16.1 Firearms枪支武器
The possession of firearms and other weapons in the Area of Operations or on facilities operated by or occupied by COMPANY is forbidden.

Clause 16.2 – Intoxicating Liquors or Controlled Substances酒类或违禁物品
Consuming, storing, dispensing, or otherwise making available intoxicating liquors or controlled substances to anyone in the Area of Operations or on facilities operated by or occupied by COMPANY is forbidden.

Clause 16.3 Misconduct不良行为
No one shall by his misconduct cause a breach of peace or public disturbance or otherwise deport himself in a manner detrimental to the best interests of COMPANY or Egypt.

Clause 16.4 Commissions, Rebates, etc-佣金, 回扣及其他
CONTRACTOR shall not pay any commissions, fees, or grant any rebates to any employee or officer of COMPANY or CONTRACTOR’S sub-contractor nor favor employees or officers of COMPANY with gifts or entertainment of significant cost or value nor enter into any business arrangements with employees or officers of COMPANY (other than with authorized representatives of COMPANY) without COMPANY’S written approval. If CONTRACTOR fails to observe the provisions of this Clause 16.4, COMPANY shall have the right to terminate this Contract.

ARTICLE XVII MISCELLANEOUS第十七条款其它规定
Clause 17.1 Captions.标题
The captions and heading used in this Contract are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret the provisions hereof.

Clause 17.2 Conflicts.相悖
In the event there is a conflict between the provisions of this Contract and the Appendices attached hereto, the provisions of the main body of this Contract shall supersede and govern.

This Contract shall not be changed or modified except in writing signed by the authorized representatives of the parties hereto.

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and replaces all prior documents or letters concerning the matters expressed herein.

There are no oral promises, representations, or warranties affecting this Contract.

The CONTRACTOR shall direct, supervise and control drilling and associated operations as defined herein and assume liabilities as provided for in the CONTRACT, consequently the CONTRACTOR shall drill, work over, sidetrack and complete well(s) in accordance to the well specification on a Day rate basis as more fully described herein:

Daily rate Scope of Work日费工作范围
The Contractor’s day rate Scope of Work will be to drill wells, usually in search of hydrocarbons in the form of oil or gas, with the drilling rig and all associated equipment described provided by COMPANY and CONTRACTOR. The Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, drilling, deepening, completing, work over, susn and abandoning operations. The drilling unit and available Equipment and Personnel will be used to support all other operations the COMPANY wishes to perform in wells, including but not limited to testing and logging.

The CONTRACTOR shall propose suitable remedial action which shall be subject to the Company’s written approval.

The CONTRACTOR shall undertake to meet the requirements of the Commencement Date which shall include all necessary actions mobilizing the Contractor’s Personnel and the Contractor’s items required to perform the WORK in accordance with the CONTRACT.

2 Demobilization遣返
Upon Termination of the CONTRACT, the CONTRACTOR will demobilize the Contractor’s items and Personnel from the Site in the most expeditious manner in accordance with the CONTRACT.

F.Availability:可用性

G.Acceptance:接受
The CONTRACTOR shall perform the WORK in accordance with the parameters specified in the program, as is subject to acceptance by the COMPANY.

The CONTRACTOR shall maintain written records of the values of the parameters mentioned. These records shall be submitted to the COMPANY for signature of the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE; such signature shall confirm that values fulfilled the requirements of the program.

1. Pressure Tests

The minimum acceptable test pressure shall be applied for at least 15 minutes. Pressure drop over this period shall be 10% of the initial pressure, provided that the pressure remains constant for the last 10 minutes.min.

Contractor responsible for running the correct test tool for the wellhead in use as instructed by Company.

The drill pipe shall also be strong enough to withstand the tensile load caused by the hydraulic pressure on the cup area. To avoid collapse of the casing in case of leaks, volumes pumped shall be monitored carefully.

The CONTRACTOR shall manage the operation of the two pits provided for collection and storage of cuttings, mud and water. The waste pit is intended for collection of cuttings and waste mud, the "water" storage pit is intended to store water (for combating lost circulation, if required).

The sewage pit shall be adequately sized to collect all sewage and waste water thereby preventing the possibility of pollution to the local environment.
如果现场由钻井承包商修建，钻井承包商在营房场地应修建一污水池，用于处理污水、废水。污水池应足够大，以防污水、废水溢出污染周围的环境。
The CONTRACTOR shall provide adequate lighting between living units and along walkways.

If location was built by CONTRACTOR then at termination/completion of operations the CONTRACTOR shall clean the campsite of all CONTRACTOR generated debris and waste and close all pits to the satisfaction of the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE and in line with Company’s location acceptance standard provided such closure can be performed with Rig contract equipment.
如果现场由钻井承包商修建，施工结束后，钻井承包商利用其设备清理营房现场的碎片、垃圾、废物，填平所有的污物池，使公司代表满意，达到公司认可的现场标准。
L.Emergency Procedures:应急程序
The CONTRACTOR shall conduct, record and report to the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE following each kick drill which shall be either, one pit drill or one swab drill whilst tripping (undertaken by each shift) and a fire drill. Each exercise shall be undertaken every week or more, dependent on local legislation, or as required by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
钻井承包商根据当地法规或公司代表的要求，每周至少进行一次防火演习和针对钻进时泥浆液面升高发生的井涌情况或起钻时由于泥浆柱压力降低造成的井涌情况进行防喷演习（每班各进行一次），做好演习记录并向公司代表汇报。

1.Adhere to the Company’s emergency procedures which shall include evacuation from the drilling location.

3.Have procedures for the treatment of any ailments which can occur through the use or misuse of chemicals, gasses and the like.
